15‑Day Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 15‑day return window.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom‑made or personalized products
- Items showing signs of installation, modification, or wear
- Clearance or final‑sale items
Return Process
- Contact us within 15 days to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship the item back using your preferred carrier (return shipping is not covered by Coastal CNC).
- After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the product price only.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
